How do I create a campaign?+
Register, complete your brand profile, and wait for admin approval. Once approved, create a campaign with deliverables, budgets, and timelines, then invite creators.
How does creator discovery work?+
Search creators by platform, category, engagement rate, audience demographics, and country. Shortlist the right mix and send campaign invitations directly.
Can I modify a campaign after launch?+
Core terms are locked once a campaign is active to ensure fairness. You can still invite new creators and manage individual deliverables within the defined structure.
How do I review deliverables?+
Creators submit drafts to your dashboard. Review the content, approve it, or request changes with specific feedback. Final content is submitted as a live link.
What happens if I reject content?+
You can request revisions within the defined limits. If final content doesn't meet requirements, the deal terms govern next steps. Funds stay protected in escrow.
Glossary

Key terms explained.

Campaign
A project created by a brand containing budget, timeline, deliverable templates, and target metrics.
Deal
The agreement between a brand and creator. Contains all deliverables, payment terms, and contract status.
Deliverable
A single unit of work — reel, post, story, or video — with platform, deadline, requirements, and payment.
Escrow
Secure payment holding. Funds are locked before work begins and released only after deliverables are approved.
Invitation
A brand's request to a creator to join a campaign. Works even if the creator isn't registered yet.
Milestone
An approval checkpoint tied to deliverable completion that controls payment release readiness.
1

Funds Locked

Brand deposits payment into escrow before work begins.

2

Content Delivered

Creator submits deliverables for brand review and approval.

3

Payment Released

Approved funds transfer to the creator automatically.

How It Works

The Upstage workflow.

1

Brand funds escrow

Payment is locked in escrow before any work begins. Creators see the commitment upfront.

2

Creator delivers

Content is submitted as drafts, reviewed by the brand, revised if needed, and approved.

3

Payment released

Funds transfer to the creator automatically once the brand approves final deliverables.
